We’re proud to celebrate a key milestone for our three first-year apprentices, George, Ryan, and Harry, as they receive their Shingler Certificates for successfully completing their first year with us!

Over the past year, they’ve shown outstanding commitment and enthusiasm, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of trades including bricklaying, carpentry, groundwork, and aftercare. This valuable rotation has helped each of them identify their preferred trade as they move into the second year of their apprenticeship.

In September, they will begin their level 2 qualification in their chosen trade at Shrewsbury Colleges Group. George will begin studying Carpentry, while Ryan and Harry will be focusing on Bricklaying. Each apprentice has also been paired with an experienced Shingler Mentor, who will continue to support and guide them as they develop their skills and grow within the industry.
