We are delighted to welcome three new Apprentices, Henry, Connor and Lukaz to the team!

Managing Director, Jeremy Shingler, says:
“We are proud to welcome our latest Apprentices into the programme. It’s a real privilege to support young people in Apprenticeship pathways while bringing fresh talent into the construction industry.”

The new apprentices join 10 others already undertaking training with us. Over the course of their first year, Henry, Connor and Lukaz will rotate across different trades, including brickwork, carpentry, aftercare and groundworks, spending three months in each. This hands-on experience will help them decide on their chosen trade, progressing onto a Level 2 qualification in either carpentry or bricklaying at Shrewsbury College in September 2026.

We take great pride in our apprenticeship programme, which continues to nurture the next generation of skilled tradespeople. A testament to its success, two former apprentices, Ben and Tom (pictured right), have now progressed into carpentry mentor roles, guiding and inspiring this year’s new intakes.
