We want to help you by boosting your deposit by another 5%, allowing you to unlock a better mortgage rate in these difficult times.

If you’ve saved a 10% deposit or more, let us help you access a better mortgage rate by matching this with another 5%.

Terms and conditions

This offer is available on selected plots and developments only, subject to contract and status.
The total deposit contribution amount will be confirmed by our Sales Negotiator prior to reservation.
The amount we agree to pay will be up to 5% of the total purchase price of the property, inclusive of all other incentives.
This will be a one-off payment on completion and the relevant amount shall be deducted from your completion statement.
Offer only applies if you put down a deposit of 5% of the purchase price. For the avoidance of doubt, your contribution towards the deposit should equate to exactly 5% and should be no more or no less than 5% of the purchase price. We will then match your deposit and contribute an amount up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price, towards your deposit.
Offer to be processed at time of reservation.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw an offer at any time prior to reservation.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
