Allow your house to breathe

Keep trickle vents open at all times, set your heating at between 18-21° as this will prevent excessive cracks and shrinkage

Always use extractor fans in kitchens when cooking, bathrooms and ensuites when bathing & showering

Decorating

We recommend that you do not wallpaper for at least 2 years, and any painting should be with a breathable water-based paint.  Details of the paints used can be found in your handover box
