Construction Site Managers and Supervisors

Shingler Construction and Homes are continuing their expansion and require experienced Construction Site Managers and Supervisors to work on residential and commercial projects throughout Shropshire and Staffordshire.

Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, will possess an outstanding work ethic and have a thorough understanding of expected construction quality standards.  You will be required to lead multi-function teams, so must have the ability to be personable and flexible, and be able to work under your own initiative when required.

Whilst candidates with SMSTS and NVQ qualifications as a minimum are preferable, we will consider applications from unqualified candidates with the relevant experience and aptitude, as training can be provided if required.  Excellent Salary available dependent on experience.  A full UK driving license is essential.
