We are incredibly proud to announce that Shingler Group was named a finalist in the Medium Employer of the Year category at the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards.

The awards evening, held to celebrate the achievements of apprentices, training providers and employers across the region, recognised the vital role that apprenticeships play in shaping skilled careers and supporting local industry.

For Shingler Group, being shortlisted for this award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to developing young talent within the construction industry. Apprenticeships form a key part of our business, providing hands-on training, mentoring, and real-world experience across our sites. Many of our former apprentices have gone on to become qualified tradespeople and valued members of the Shingler team.
